STORE PICK UP
Rent Online and pick up at our store in Portland. You avoid shipping charges and you will be able to inspect the product you are about the rent.
3 SIMPLE STEPS
- During the checkout , select “pick up at store” when asked for shipping method .
- Wait for a confirmation email before you come in for pick up. If you book a product online, allow us at least one hour to prepare your order.
- Present a valid ID and the credit card you used to book the product at pick up counter in our store.
FAQ’S
- What are the store hours?
Store hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Can someone else pick up my order?
For first time renters the answer is No, please do not send someone else to pick up your order, we will release the merchandise to the person who made the purchase. We require a valid ID and the card that was used to make the purchase
- What do I bring with me to the store?
Bring your pick up email, a valid ID, and the card that was used to make the purchase.
- Where do I go and what do I do?
When in store, you can proceed immediately to the front counter and. simply present your pick up email, valid ID, and the credit card that you used online.
- How long after i booked the product will be available to pick up?
We will need at least an hour to put your order toghter (specially with camera gears ) to make sure the batteries are charged. We recommend calling our store before you drive down.
