Lessor offers lessee’s an option to purchase incidental damage waiver to protect against accidental damage during the rental
period. When purchased, the damage waiver limits the lessee’s liability in the case of damage on covered equipment. The determination of
whether damage is accidental or abuse is solely at the discretion of Lessor. For damage that is determined to be accidental, lessee’s liability is the
lesser of 25% of the MSRP (as determined by the manufacturer’s website) or the actual amount of the repair. The following causes of damage are
specifically excluded: Loss or theft, Water damage, Sand damage, Dust damage from color run type events, Reckless or grossly negligent use of equipment, Lost or broken accessories
